I’m Kayleigh West, and I believe music provides a wide variety of human expression and creativity.

What makes a person a metal head? What do people think about metal as a whole? What differentiates metal from other genres? I address this, and more, with interviews, my personal experiences, and research to expand on what is so interesting about the metal community.
