On Saturday, December 16th, Morgan’s National Honor Society will host “Pancakes with Santa”, an initiative to be more involved with the community. The event will be hosted in the Morgan cafeteria from 9-11am. Members of NHS will be dressed as Mr. and Mrs. Claus, elves, and reindeer to show their festive spirit. Students will be making pancakes for the kids and families who come. The event is free for all who are planning to attend.
NHS has been working with Spirit Squad to coordinate holiday decorations. The cafeteria will be decked out with activities for kids such as arts and crafts, games, and possibly raffles. Families from all the Clinton Community are invited. Invites were sent to Joel students through the weekly blast. National Honor Society is also hosting a Winter Wear Drive.
New advisors, science teacher Kelly Gilbert and English teacher Adam Litvinoff, have been working with NHS to plan more events for throughout the school year.
