Last Friday night, September 7th, Morgan Football players kicked off their season with a home game against Stratford. Morgan lost 26-32. Although the season started with a loss, Morgan students were still proud to show their school spirit. Both students and teachers watched and enjoyed the game. Alumni of Morgan players also attended the game to cheer on their team. 

Junior Logan Cummings said, “it’s nice to see the students hyped”.

Cheerleading Co-Captain Amber Deluca said, “the energy is overall better this year”.

 Last season, Morgan football didn’t win as many games as they hoped. Last year the team’s record was 0-10. This year they hope to have a better season
