If you feel like you are tired of feeling the same and you want to become more fit and eat healthier, continue to read this article to become more motivated about achieving your goals! By reading this article, you will learn how to exercise properly, how to eat healthy, how to make some easy and healthy snacks, how to deal with insecurities, and how to get rid of stress!

    Exercising:

Exercising can be difficult depending on how your body works. In order to be able to be well fit, you have to start easy, then make your exercises a little more challenging when you feel ready to do so. One tip for when to increase the difficulty is to not increase too much at a time, or else you won’t be able to do it, and you will feel overwhelmed. The most important thing is to never give up. I know that sounds really cliche, but it is the truth! The trick is to get used to doing the exercises when you increase because if you don’t get used to it, you won’t be able to do harder exercises in the future. The article  “How To Get Started” provides important information on how to start exercising correctly!

Planks are a great source of getting core strength and working the muscles in your legs and arms; as you can see in this picture.

    Eating Healthy:

Most people think that they want to start eating healthy but end up never trying because they think it’s too hard for them. However, if you continue to read this article, you will want to stop and think of ways to make your lifestyle  healthier. First, the way to start eating healthier is to plan healthy snacks you will like. It is good to try new foods to see if you will like the foods you never tried.  “Disgusting” looking foods,  can actually be very tasty! When you begin eating healthy, always start cutting out 1-3 foods that aren’t good for you. If you cut out too many foods at once, it will be hard to keep that promise. Lastly, remember to make sure you are eating foods from every food group!

    Some tips while eating healthier:

Visualize yourself eating healthy; visualize how you will look in the future, and visualize your success

Try to cut out most sugary drinks, like some sodas, or lemonade, and drink mostly water

Don’t eat as many snacks per day, unless they are healthy

There are many healthy snacks that are very easy to make and are very tasty! You can figure out how to make some healthy snacks from  this YouTube video! There are many others videos and websites that include how to make some healthy snacks!

I have two snacks for you that you can make on your own if you like! Also, you may change the ingredients to these snacks to make them tastier for you!

    1. Peanut Butter (or Nutella) Banana Sandwiches!

      Healthy Snacks
Your Banana Peanut Butter (or Nutella) Sandwiches should look like this!

-First, you need to peel your banana and make 1/2 inch slices (make sure you have an even amount)

-Now, you can either put the peanut butter or Nutella on right after you make the slices, or put the bananas in the freezer for 30 minutes

-Lastly, after you have put the peanut butter or Nutella onto half of the plain banana slices, put the other half of the slices, onto the slices with the spreading

    2. Grape Apple (or strawberry lemon) Ice Cubes!

-Firsimage3t, you should cut up your apples (or strawberries and lemons) into quarters

-Then cut your grapes in half

-Next, place one slice/quarter of each of the two fruits into the slots of your ice cube tray

-Then fill up the slots with water

-Finally, place the tray into the freezer for 3-4 hours or over night

    Insecurities:

Everybody has at least once thought about what his or her body looks like. Most people have said to themselves or out loud, that they don’t like what they look like. WELL GUESS WHAT? DON’T DO THAT! You should never say that you are ugly or fat because YOU ARE THE EXACT OPPOSITE OF THAT! If you feel uncomfortable with how you look, don’t be because while you are wishing to be like someone that you believe is “perfect”, someone else is also wishing to be like you as well! It could be because of how beautiful your hair is, how pretty your face is, or what kind of personality you have! Everybody is different in their own way, and you need to express that you accept yourself for who you are and what you look like!

    Stress:

If you are stressed in any way, whether  because you have a lot of homework, you are very busy, or something big is coming in your life, this article will show you some ways to get rid of stress!

I always get nervous even if it’s the littlest thing, like going to the grocery store or going to one of my dance classes. I have been to those places several times in my life, yet I still get nervous, and I have no idea why. However, something that helps me when I’m nervous before going somewhere is watching videos of my favorite YouTubers. They always make me laugh and that nervous feeling disappears for the time in which that videos is playing, which is most likely at least 5 minutes or more. I also listen to some songs by my favorite singer because his voice calms me. There are many ways to become less nervous or stressed, and they all seem to work for me, so I really hope they might work for you!

These 2 students and 2 teachers shared what they do to stay healthy and fit:

Hello! If you made it through the whole article and fully read it and applied it to your life somehow, thank you! It makes me so happy to be able to help people and make their lives better and healthier! I hope you enjoyed this article and I hope it helped you with your fitness, eating, and insecurities!
