Morgan offers many opportunities to its students. Among many of these opportunities are electives. These classes are tailored to different areas of interest and offered to anyone.

Emily Zirkelbach, sophomore, said that her favorite elective was art.  She also said, “Its a good way to do something you love in school.” This is true for all electives. It gives students a chance to find new interests and develop ones they already have all while in school.

Cara Morello, also a sophomore, said that her favorite elective is Intro to Acting because it allows her to express herself.

Riley Musial, Junior, said that she wants to take more foods classes before she graduates. She has already taken one and is looking forward to taking a second.

Most students favorite classes are the electives they take. There are so many different ones to choose from. What’s so great about the ones that Morgan offers is that there is something for everybody. From cooking to engineering, there is a wide array to choose from. For example, if you want to pursue a career in writing or public relations, Journalism is the perfect class to take. It’s a great way to broadcast your articles and receive feedback on your work from peers. If you are intruiged by technology, you could possibly take a class run by either Ms.Corbett or Mr.Enoch. Interested in business? Take Accounting or Personal Finance. If you like to sing or play an instrument, you can take Band or Chorus. There are even electives in the Social Studies department: Psychology, Intro to Law, or Philosophy. And if there isn’t one that interests you, you can always join a club.
