Learning the Application Process

Learning+the+Application+Process

College knowledge night was a big success. Many students and parents attended the event.   There was a college fair that included representatives from colleges and the military. There were six workshops offered in two different sessions. The topics of the workshops included writing the college essay, financial aid, and NCAA planning, Naviance and planning for the college application process.

Guidance Counselor and event organizer Christie Williams-Kahn reported that College Knowledge, “went very well. We had a very good turnout. I would say approximately 150 people came. They wanted to get a variety of information about their goals for after high school”.  If you missed this year’s College Knowledge night, make certain to attend next year.
