Students are only in high school once for just four quick years of their lives. Not only are our friends important people in our lives, but teachers and staff members too. Below is a list of students with quotes about their some of their favorite teachers and why they mean so much to these students.

Jill Case: “Rich! Favorite teacher ever! Never fails to give me honest advice and listen to everything I have to say.”

Alex Rauccio: “Senora Luther because she is always there to give great advice and really shows how much she cares about her job and students.”

David LaRivierre: “Motter because he is open-minded and makes class fun.”

Will Riccio: “Shoutout to chief for sharing his love of music with us since pierson and for teaching me how to play saxophone and tuba. I hope he can continue to teach future musicians for years to come.”

Maddy Greenhouse: “Mrs. Chin: love my girl! she’s so funny and she always tried her best to keep senior English interesting! I’m gonna miss her stories! I wish her the best of luck in Michigan!”

Ashley Annicelli: “Shoutout to Mr. Bergman for going against the system and changing students’ lives.”

Marie Kane: “Mr. Bergman, thank you for everything. You’ve been one of the best teachers hands down and I’ve learned so much not only at practice and in class from you, but about life as well. I’m going to miss your kindness and humor. You’re amazing and don’t let anyone tell you otherwise! I’ll never forget the nicknames and inside jokes! To Mrs. Chausse, it’s been an awesome four years with journalism. You’ve helped me out with great ideas and always made me feel appreciated at this school too. I’ll never forget our class field trips, funny class memories, and more. I could always count on you for positivity. I’ll miss not only writing for the PawPrint, but stopping in often to talk to you and also never having a dull moment in class.”

Gabe Furches: “I want to thank Mr. Richetelli for always pushing me. His classes were challenging but it was those classes that I learned the most in. When I got to a point when I didn’t know what to do he didn’t just give me the answers. He helped me and guided me so that I could do it on my own and eventually I was helping other people with the same thing I had a hard time with. So thank you so much Rich for pushing me past what I was able to do before.”

Alyssa LeMay: “To Mrs. Antle, Thank you for giving me an awesome two years. From Intro to Criminal Law to Psychology I have loved every minute of it. Both of these classes have given me insight into what I will be studying the next four years and it has provided me with a great deal of knowledge. I don’t think I have ever laughed more in a class. You crack me up with all of your stories and I knew I could always tell you anything. You’re an awesome teacher and I will miss you a lot next year! I hope no well dressed women walk up to you in the supermarket ever again (inside joke). To Ms. Lynch, Thank you for giving me a new appreciation for Calculus. I actually think I might have done well on my AP test so that alone gives me an accomplished feeling. Thank you for never judging my math work and for helping me on some of the easiest questions without laughing at my stupid mistakes. I’ll miss you lots next year. Keep killing it!!”

Nick Muratori: “Special shoutout to Chief for making band enjoyable for 4 years.”

Erin Lindsay: “I’d like to give a shoutout to the Luthers for making high school so fun and memorable! They changed the lives of so many, and we couldn’t have done it without them!”
