Recently, the app, Snapchat, created a new update which has received a lot of backlash. Many people were expecting the app to have customized ringtones for friends, notifications when a streak was about to be lost, and permission to change the username. However, users were shocked and disappointed to find that Snapchat had rearranged the layout entirely, making it difficult to navigate. Despite a petition with over 600,000 signatures from Snapchat users, requesting the reversal of the update, Snapchat has yet to make changes.
