The first Dodge for a Difference at the new Morgan was a success! The event was organized by English teacher Heather O’Brien, Biology Teacher Chris Luther, World Language teacher Laura Luther, and English teacher Leslie Chausse. Teams included student teams for each grade level, a faculty team, Shoreline Appliance team, REACT team, Clinton Fire Department team, Clinton Police Department team, PIC team, and Morgan alumni team. The event raised a total of $2,462 for Families Helping Families. Families helping families is an organization run by Minor Vincent that helps families in Clinton who are in need of assistance. They promote soup contests during Christmas in Clinton and sailing contests to raise funds.
At Dodge for a Difference, all the teams played vigorously fighting till the end, but there is only one winner. The seniors dominated all of the other teams beating everyone they played until they went up against the juniors. Finally, the senior’s winning streak came to an end as the Juniors reigned victorious.
