Dear Charlie,
I heard someone talking bad about one of my friends in the hallway, but I’m too afraid to tell her because I don’t want to cause drama. What should I do?
Sincerely, a confused teenager
Dear Confused Teenager,
I know its scary to think anything you do can cause drama, but if you heard someone talking about your friend, tell someone! If it helps tell an adult or someone you are close with. Just think, if you were put into this situation, you would want to know if someone was talking about you. Stick up for friends!
Sincerely, Charlie

Dear Charlie,
Someone on my ask.fm was making fun of me anonymously, but I don’t want to delete it or tell anyone about it because I don’t want people to think I’m making it a big deal. What should I do?
Sincerely, a mad teenager
Dear Mad Teenager,
First of all, don’t be mad because there are tons of people out here to help you. I would tell someone about it or ignore it, and don’t let it get to you. I know it’s hard to just forget about something like this, but it’s best if you do. If people making fun of you continues, tell someone and get the help then. But for now, just forget about the negativity and stay postitive! Make others think that you are too strong for people to hurt you!
Sincerely, Charlie

Dear Charlie,
Some girls have been tweeting hate comments about me, and I’ve tried talking to them about it, but they’re not listening. What should I do, and who should I talk to?
Sincerely, a flustered teenager
Dear Flustered Teenager,
I’m going to answer your second question first. No matter what school you go to, there are tons of students, teachers, and other faculty members to talk to. I think one of the best adults to talk to during school is your guidance counselors. You could always schedule an appointment with your counselor and take time to talk to them to let them know what’s going on. I’m sure by talking to any adult or even a friend, it can help you and change the way someone is talking to or about you.
Sincerely, Charlie
