What is your favorite holiday movie?

When asked about their favorite holiday movies, many students such as Tess Hallowell, mentioned Elf. Others including Devin Bornstein enthusiastically said that they preferred The Grinch. Nick Bradley and I agreed that Home Alone was definitely the best.

Tell us what your favorite movie is in the poll below! You can vote for multiple movies if you can’t decide.

Crazy family tradition?

Many families have cool traditions. Sami Ashton says: “My family does a Christmas talent competition, and we play a card game called ‘Screw Your Grandma’.” That sounds fun! When Savannah Skidmore was little, she always sprinkled reindeer dust on her yard for Santa’s reindeer.

What do you want for Christmas?

Every kid is excited to get presents! Some top things on the wishlist this year for Sami Ashton are clothes on her Wanelo account, a social media website that allows online shopping. Savannah Skidmore wants Beats headphones. Devin Bornstein and Dominique Burrows both want laptops. Like many other girls, Tess Hallowell wants clothes.

Favorite Christmas memory?

Memories last forever, and Nick Bradley will always remember eating Christmas dinner with his family. Devin Bornstein always travels to Colorado every year over winter break. Tess Hallowell recalls with joy the looks on her little cousins’ faces when they use Track Santa. Dominique Burrows always has fun sleeping over her sister’s house on Christmas Eve.

No matter where you spend your winter break, everyone here at the Morgan Pawprint wishes you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.  Let’s hope we get some snow!
